Following my ADHD diagnosis in 2023, I began a journey of self-understanding that ignited a passion for supporting the neurodivergent community. As both an ADHD adult and the parent of an AuDHD teenager, I bring lived experience of navigating the complexities, challenges, and strengths of neurodivergence - both personally and within family life. Discovering ADHD Works' training and frameworks provided the tools I had long been seeking, offering an approach that truly resonated. Now, as an AuDHD Advanced Coach, I am dedicated to empowering individuals and parents to embrace their strengths, overcome challenges, and create authentic, sustainable ways of thriving.
