Mariana Moreira is an Advanced AuDHD Coach, psychologist, and Experience, Culture & Strategy Designer based in Madrid. With over 20 years of international experience, she works at the intersection of neuroaffirmative coaching, career development, and organizational innovative change. Mariana supports neurodivergent and gifted individuals, leaders, and neurodiverse teams to build sustainable ways of working, navigate transitions, and design environments that fit their neurodiverse needs.
