With 18 years in learning and development across the NHS, Virgin Media, and the financial industry, I bring deep experience and empathy to my coaching. I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurodiversity, plus a masters in Business Psychology and a degree in Psychology.

Diagnosed late with ADHD, dyslexia (2023), and Autism (2024), I understand how overwhelming the world can feel when it’s not designed for neurodivergent minds.
