As a late-diagnosed AuDHD adult living with chronic illness, I bring both lived experience and deep empathy to my work. I support neurodivergent individuals in navigating life and work with clarity, self-trust, and compassion.

My coaching combines structure and flexibility, creating a safe space for clients to embrace their unique wiring and grow authentically – on their own terms.
