Hiba Bayyat

Hiba Bayyat is an Advanced ADHD and AuDHD Coach dedicated to neurodivergent adults navigating the weight of modern life and work. As a Chartered Linguist with a background in law and advocacy, she offers a rare depth of insight into how the neurodivergent mind processes information, expectations, and emotion.

Her coaching is warm, grounded, and neuroaffirmative. Hiba helps clients untangle overwhelm, strengthen executive functioning, and rebuild trust in their own capacity. Whether navigating burnout or a lifetime of masking, clients are met exactly where they are and supported to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Hiba is a member of the Association for Coaches and works within an ethical, reflective coaching framework.
