Sarah Castor-Perry

Hello! I’m Sarah, an experienced ADHD, AuDHD and work/life coach.

I have ADHD, and was late diagnosed in my 30s, so I know how it feels to go through life feeling like you’re weird, or behind, or out of step. I’ve been told I’m ‘too loud’ and ‘too much’ and ‘too sensitive’, so I can empathise fully with my clients.

I’ve also done the corporate work thing (as a management consultant for over 10 years) - I know what a working life with neurodivergence feels like, and can help my clients identify effective strategies that will work in their environment, and help them advocate for themselves.

I bring a warm and open energy to my coaching, creating a safe and trusting environment for clients to be vulnerable and feel seen, in order to grow. I help clients understand themselves better, manage their challenges while leaning into their strengths, and reconnect to their inner sense of trust and confidence.

As well as ADHD Works, I’ve also trained with the Coaches Training Institute, and Academy of Executive Coaching.
