Amanda Shepherd

I’m Amanda from Empowering Neurodivergence AuDHD Coaching. Following the diagnosis of my own children, I took it upon myself to gain the qualifications I needed to join the professional world of SEN support, providing pre and post diagnosis support through strategies and interventions, signposting, advice and guidance as well as navigating EHCP's. I have experience of providing this support independently and through the education setting. Having now completed the AuDHD Coaching course I can coach and support individuals as well as loved ones through what their neurodivergence means to them and ways in which they can move forward with understanding and skills to embrace their true authentic selves.
