Anisa Afzal

I am a late diagnosed AuDHD woman, parent, coach, educator, consultant and former primary school teacher. Having grown up with a feeling I couldn't shake, of not being ‘good enough’, I finally discovered that I wasn’t broken - just different - when I was diagnosed at the age of 31 after having my first child. Following my diagnosis I had to unlearn everything I thought I knew and start over again, this time working with my neurodivergent brain and breaking the cycle for my neurodivergent children. I specialize in supporting and empowering women, parents and families to embrace their whole unmasked selves, create nurturing environments, build meaningful connections and relationships and let go of the 'shoulds' that society has embedded into us. I focus on helping you feel understood and validated, while fostering self-acceptance and building self-esteem.
