Don’t wait, Ey Create. I’m Liss (she/her). I’m an Inclusive AuDHD Coach who specialises in supporting people in the Arts sector. I’m AuDHD myself, which really shapes how I work and connect with others.

I support Neurodivergent people in the Arts who are navigating things like burnout, job changes, RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria), masking, self-doubt, or just trying to find a more sustainable way to work and create. You don’t need to have it all figured out — we go at your pace.

I come from a movement background, so I also use movement and sensory regulation tool kits to support wellbeing.

My practice is access-led, queer-friendly, and grounded in care, creativity, and lived experience. I hold open, non-judgemental space where all identities are welcome.
