When I got my AuDHD diagnosis at eighteen, I felt like everything suddenly made so much sense. I finally had an explanation for why I felt so different my entire life, but I also struggled to find resources to help me process the intense emotions that came along with a late diagnosis. I had done so much damage to my confidence with years of telling myself I was "broken" and "couldn't do anything right."
If this sounds familiar, I would love to help you see that your brain is not broken! It is wonderfully unique and can do amazing things when you start to support and nurture it. As an AuDHD coach, specializing in late-diagnosed women in their teens and twenties, I hope to help you put systems in place that make your neurodivergent brain happy.
