Ashley Riddell

Hello you, I’m Ashley Riddell, a psychologist, workplace consultant, and neurodivergent coach – specializing in AuDHD, ADHD, and Autism.

 After earning my undergraduate degrees in psychology, history, and art history, and my master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, I spent over a decade passionately working on enhancing employee learning, development, engagement, and experience. As a people-centered leader, I drove organizational change initiatives that transformed culture, fostered more inclusive work environments, and increased belonging for all minds in the technology & video game industries.

I created Riddell Resources with the mission to provide helpful resources for individuals and organizations to live and work differently. As a certified Advanced AuDHD Coach, I offer 1:1 coaching in a deeply empathetic, non-judgmental, and authentic space in which we can explore, experiment, and evolve together.
