Aisling McGeary

I am an AuDHD coach, late diagnosed myself and a mother to AuDHD children. I specilise in supporting neurodivergent women - especially mothers who are navigating the complexities of life, parenting and healing from trauma. With a background in working with families affected by domestic abuse, I bring a compassionate, trauma informed approach to coaching. I am passionate about helping others understand their unique wiring, rebuilding self-trust and thriving as their authentic self.
