I’m an integrative coach with lived experience of neurodivergence, using a trauma-informed approach with a somatic and nervous system lens, working with people who’ve also felt different or out of place in the world around them. I support them to make sense of themselves and move forward in ways that feel true to who they are, with self-acceptance and belonging.
