Matching Quiz
Free, and takes about a minute. Answer a few questions and we'll match you with ADHD Works trained coaches or supervisors who fit.
This quiz reads your device's time zone so it can match you with people working similar hours. Nothing you enter is saved, sent or stored.

FAQs
-
Matching is automatic. Nobody at ADHD Works sees your answers or chooses anyone for you.
You answer up to six questions, and the page compares them against what each practitioner put on their own profile - the training they've done, who they work with, how and when they work, and what funding they accept. The closest three come back, and each card says why that person came up. Nobody pays to appear.
-
No. The results come from your answers matched against profiles, not from us picking anyone.
A match isn't a recommendation, an endorsement or a guarantee, and we're not involved in whatever you go on to arrange with a practitioner.
-
Every practitioner listed has completed one of our courses, certifying them as an ADHD Coach, an Advanced AuDHD Coach, or a Neuroaffirmative Supervisor.
Each course comes with its own menu of tools, exercises and psychoeducation, so the certification tells you what someone has been trained to draw on in sessions.
From there, we encourage every practitioner to make the framework their own - just as no two neurodivergent clients are alike, no two coaches or supervisors are either.
-
Not everyone who has trained with ADHD Works is listed here.
The Directory only launched in September 2026, listing is optional and free, and practitioners create their own profiles when they're ready.
Even if they have, they may have ticked a filter you chose, may not be taking new clients, or may work different hours, which means that they may not show up in your search.
-
Pick one person and click their 'Get in touch' button. Where that takes you depends on them - some have a booking page for a free intro call, some their website, some an email address.
Whichever it is, you don't need anything prepared. Contacting two or three is completely normal, and you don’t have to go ahead with anybody.
-
Not with coaching, no. ADHD Works has phased out its own 1:1 work to concentrate on training practitioners and running this directory - so the people who can help you are the ones listed here, rather than us.
If you have a concern about someone listed, please email hello@adhdworks.info. For anything else, connecting with the practitioner directly is the right place to start.
