You don't need a coaching qualification or an ADHD diagnosis to join.

- The approximate 30% difference in executive functioning: self-awareness, memory, emotional regulation, motivation and problem solving
- How sleep, stress, hormones, menopause and illness change things, so there's no one-size-fits-all
- A flexible session structure with exercises, tools and worksheets
- Adapting it for autistic clients and for under-18s

- We run it live, in cohorts. Week 1 is self-paced, then live every Wednesday from 11 November to 16 December, 9–11am UK (8–10pm AEDT)
