I am an Advanced AuDHD Coach and a National Award‑winning nurse, recognised for creating a new service within an NHS Neurodevelopmental Service offering pre‑ and post‑diagnosis support around autism, ADHD, and AuDHD for families.

I am also a fully trained Sleep Practitioner, and Sensory Inclusion Facilitator.

I am (late diagnosed) AuDHD, am the parent of two AuDHD children, and have an AuDHD husband. I provide compassionate, neuroaffirming coaching, and specialist sleep support, for autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD adults, young people, and parents of neurodivergent children and young people.
