Graham Carle

Graham Carle is a late-diagnosed ADHD and autistic professional, neurodiversity advocate, and coach. With 28 years in technology across London, New York, San Francisco, and Edinburgh, he is currently a Managing Director and Technical Fellow at BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager. Graham founded and leads BlackRock’s Neurodiversity Network, is Scotland’s Ambassador for Gaintogether, and a member of the Diversity Project’s Neurodiversity Working Group. He combines deep lived experience with executive-function-focused coaching to help professionals understand their neurodivergence, build sustainable strategies, and thrive authentically in work and life.
